Found out about Minicon 46, the weekend of April 22-24, 2011.  We’ll be there.  With a new t-shirt design or two.

One of my favorite authors, John Scalzi, is going to be there.  If you haven’t read his blog, you’re missing out.

Production Progress

We’re making progress.  We have several artists working on some fun and unique designs for our t-shirts.

On top of that, I think we found a local vendor to do the t-shirt printing.  Negotiation time now.

Plus, we are going to be at the local DAX show in Bloomington, MN on Friday the 25th.  The DAX show is the Decorated Apparel Expo. I’m looking forward to learning more about the industry and making some supplier/vendor contacts.

Plus, the short stories are starting to come in.  Definitely need a publishing schedule to make this happen efficiently though.

More Monsters coming

So far it’s been an interesting experience doing a new ecommerce site.  Lots to consider and to do.

So, what’s happening you ask?

  • Teaming up with some really great creatives to do some sweet, scary (cute too) t-shirts, wallpaper and plushes
  • Looking for plush manufacturers that are US-based (good luck with that)
  • Considering doing some custom bobbleheads (way fun)
  • Spreading the word for submissions for short stories.
  • Writing monster haiku (now that’s fun)
  • Added surveys

The site’s only been up a short while but we’re getting some great feedback.  People like that it is fun!
